I have a background in all aspects of implementing monitoring in an enterprise environment, including building and administering tooling, managing vendor relationships, promoting the use of tools to internal customers, providing training and consultancy and people leadership. I'm passionate about monitoring and observability, and how teams can effectively use them to develop and support reliable services that deliver great customer experiences. I'm currently particularly interested in how having a highly degree of observability of services can enable value through Service Level Objectives and Chaos Engineering.
